Wrapping Up

This has been an interesting month to say the least. These past few days have yielded a series of events in game that dropped some much needed resources. Pretty much hit the mother load with chaos particles as they are difficult to come by in large sums.

The Big 4 Anniversary Event Finale

I'm a little late but a few days ago the event ended with lots of prizes. The grand gift finale for collecting all cake slices were 5K skin stones of Agility, Intelligence and Strength, a sweet new frame, new avatar and hero soul stone chest (the 100 count one). The timing was difficult to keep up since I play on FB and web; start and end times are different on both.

Even though the event temporarily maxed our heroes and pets, it was still beneficial to have them at blue level to help assign patronage. The perk of playing with everyone maxed out, was an excellent demonstration of what heroes would be like when built up further. Meaning, not all heroes are going to be great at a higher level unless paired with someone that can boost them up.

There were some interesting combos in the mix and pairings you didn't expect to work well. My web and FB hero teams are different especially when it comes to those that are available. Despite that, both accounts fared pretty well.

It was a nice touch seeing what Archdemon had to say after each fight especially where K'arkh was concerned aka Giant Shrimp. Even more interesting when you deal a lot of damage and when everyone in your team is left standing after who knows how many levels. The Halloween Event has been my top favorite since it was introduced and was followed by the Winter Event with the letter to Winter Claus.

This 4th Anniversary event caught me by surprise a bit. I was expecting a repeat of past events but this took things to another level and in a positive way. The daily login that rewarded emeralds was very much welcomed in addition to the double Boxy gift delivery.

The only downer was the Strongford Quiz. It wasn't necessarily the quiz itself, but the timing of said quiz. Some were able to participate and some weren't.

I'm looking forward to another event that rewards lots of useful stuff. Also hope to see more community events in addition to a month where instead of getting hero soul stones for a specific hero, we get soul stone chests for titans, heroes and pets.

From Here Onward

This was a first as I haven't focused on a single game for an entire month before. It was interesting to say the least and a bit fun. Plans for April are officially up in the air as my original isn't going according to plan as intended.

There will be a check-in during the originally scheduled day, but the topic is an unknown at the moment. Hope all enjoyed the anniversary event will check in with everyone later in the week.
